A note on accuracy

Birth time isn’t always recorded correctly, place of birth on documents sometimes differs from where someone was actually born, and parents’ birth years can be off in family records. These small input differences can produce a reading that doesn’t feel personal. If that’s what’s happened, we’d rather correct it than refund it, but the choice is yours either way. Subscriptions and ongoing tiers

For Deep Work and Advisory engagements, you can cancel future billing at any time. The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first reading in any engagement. Subsequent readings within an active subscription aren’t individually refundable, but may be reissued at our discretion if a clear methodology issue is identified.
