What we do with what you share.

To prepare your reading we collect the details you provide on the intake form: your full name, birth date, birth time, birth location, your parents’ birth years, your current city, and any optional context you choose to share (places of interest, a specific question).

We also collect basic account information when you create an account: email address, hashed password, and standard session metadata.

Your details are used only to generate your Meridian reading and to deliver it to you within 48 hours. They are never used for advertising profiling. They are never sold.

With your explicit, opt-in consent collected after your reading, anonymized data may be used internally to improve the methodology. Opting in is never required, and never affects the price, delivery, or quality of your reading.

Your finished report is stored at a unique private link. The link is shareable only by you. We don’t publish it, index it, or expose it through search.

You can request deletion of your data and your reading at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We respond within 14 days.

We use a small set of cookies required for authentication and session management. We use PostHog (EU-hosted) for privacy-respecting product analytics: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no behavioral profiling for ads. Private report pages are excluded from analytics entirely. We don’t use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.

A small number of vetted service providers help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). They receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their role and are bound by confidentiality.

If we update this policy in a material way, we’ll note the change here and, where possible, notify existing customers by email.
