If your reading doesn't resonate at all, contact us within 14 days. Your choice: a full refund, or we improve the reading.

A note on accuracy: birth time isn't always recorded correctly, place of birth on documents sometimes differs from where someone was actually born, and parents' birth years can be off in family records. These small input differences can produce a reading that doesn't feel personal. If that's what's happened, we'd rather correct it than refund it, but the choice is yours either way. Are my parents' birth years required?
Yes. They're part of the standard input set for lineage calibration. Exact birth time, exact birthplace, name at birth, and parents' birth years materially affect accuracy. Approximate inputs produce a less specific reading. See Input accuracy on How it works for detail.
What if I don't have an exact birth time?

What if a reflection doesn't resonate?
The confidence note at the end of your reading flags areas where data gaps or birth time sensitivity reduce precision. If a high-conviction reflection doesn't resonate, that itself is useful information, and we'd rather correct inputs than hide behind them.
How do I know this is about me and not just anyone?
If you're skeptical the writing could apply to anyone, pick one section and read it as if it named your partner, parent, sibling, kid, friend, or ex. Specific dates, roles, costs, and asks should stop fitting when the person changes. Vague flattery would not. Then read it as yourself again, and keep what still holds. Mark what lands, and use the feedback path when something misses.
How is the reading delivered?
Via email and a permanent private link. Your report is accessible anytime at your unique URL, built to return to, not read once and discard.
Is the report private?
Yes. Your report is only accessible via your unique secure link. You control who sees it. We don't publish, index, or expose it through search.
Do I need to believe in anything for this to work?
No. The reading is offered for personal reflection and exploration. You're encouraged to test it against your own experience and weigh it accordingly.
